What I Eat In A Day No. 2 • Snapchat Edition

Yesterday I did my second "What I Eat In A Day" thingy on snapchat, so here are the details of the things I ate! If you dont follow me on snapchat, my username is "AmalieGabs"

Breakfast -  I had 2 egg withes, 1 banana, some fresh pineapple (LOVE THAT) and one piece of crispbread with a thin layer of butter on top! On the side I also had a big glass of milk. I´m one of those people who can eat a lot in the morning, I can't go with out breakfast!

Lunch - For lunch I made myself a quick salad, that consisted of iceberg lettuce, cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 carrot and some seasoned chicken. I am trying to be more healthy, but I´m not going to give up my dressing, I´m only cutting down on the amount I eat, so on top of my salad, I used the "Thousand Island" dressing - MY FAVE! And on the side I had some water.

Dinner - For dinner, I had some rice (normally cook brown rice, but we had some of these left and we dont want to throw out food!) with a thin curry sauce with potatoes, carrots and onions in it - very delicious! And again I had some milk on the side.

After dinner snack - A little after dinner, I was hungry again, so I had half on an apple, half of an banana and som raisins - Forgot to take a picture before I ate it... Ups!

I går lavede jeg min anden  "Hvad Jeg spiste I Dag" på min SnapChat, så her er detaljerne af det jeg spiste. Hvis du ikke følger mig på SnapChat, så er mit brugernavn "AmalieGabs"

Morgenmad - Til morgenmad fik jeg 2 æggehvider, 1 banan, frisk ananas - (som er det bedste i verden!) og 1 stykke knækbrød med et tyndt lag smør på. Ved siden af fik jeg et glas mælk til maden.

Frokost - Til frokost lavede jeg en hurtig salat, med iceberg salat, agurk, 1 tomat, 1 gulerod  og noget krydret kylling. Jeg prøver på at være mere sund, men jeg vil ikke give min dressing op, jeg skære kun ned på mængden jeg spiser. Dressingen jeg brugte var en "Thousand Island" dressing, som er min yndlings! Til at drikke, fik jeg noget vand.

Aftensmad - Til aftensmad fik jeg ris (normalt spiser vi brune ris, men vi havde nogle af de her tilovers, og vi gider ikke smide mad ud) med en tynd carry sovs, med kartofler, gulerødder og løg i - smage mega godt! Og lige som morgenmaden, fik jeg mælk til maden.

Aftenskaffe - Lidt efter vi havde spist, var jeg sulten igen, så jeg tog et halvt æble, en halv banan og nogle rosiner - Glemte at tage et billede af det inden jeg spiste det... Ups!
