I'm Doing the 30 Day Squat Challenge • Join Me

Today I'm beginning on the 30 squat challenge. When I started to write this blog post, I wanted to begin on august 1, but why wait 5 days, when I can start now? It´s just a bad excuse, so I'm starting today with 50 squats. I´m going to take before and after pictures and do a blog post about my results, so look out for that in about 30 day! I´m also going to workout like i normally do and try to eat a bit healthier, so I can become a little more fit and a little bit more healthy. 

I´m challenging you, yes you, to do the 30 day squat challenge with me, so we can get bootylicious booty together! and we can support each other to do it everyday!
